Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage application updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring a high level of service.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure application security by implementing appropriate controls and monitoring systems for vulnerabilities.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies for critical applications.
• Liaise with vendors and third-party providers to coordinate application support and updates.
• Analyze system logs and provide insights to optimize application performance and resource utilization.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization tools.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools for system management (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
