Job Description

As a passionate and energetic Trainer Quality & Process at RentoMojo, your role will be crucial in strengthening the warehouse and after-sales operations team. You will ensure that the warehouse staff and delivery teams maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer service, with a focus on home appliances such as ACs, coolers, TVs, and refrigerators. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Training Programs: Manage and execute training sessions across all cities, including classroom sessions, video-based training, and handbook learning for various team members. - Feedback & Retraining: Address any deviations from SOPs by providing feedback and conducting retraining sessions. - Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for home appliances, ensuring accurate training content and process standards. - Training Design & Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on warehouse processes, quality assurance, and after-sales service protocols. - Coaching & Mentorship: Provide mentorship to warehouse teams and field staff on quality control, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. - Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements for higher productivity and quality adherence. - Content Development: Create and maintain training materials, SOP guides, and knowledge repositories based on operational best practices. - Performance Measurement: Track and assess the impact of training sessions, collect feedback, and refine content for continuous improvement. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and After-Sales teams to ensure consistent service standards. - Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest warehouse management trends and quality practices in the industry. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in after-sales service or warehouse operations. - Proven track record in developing and delivering training programs. - Strong understanding of home appliances and their service requirements. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / G Suite. - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. - Passion for quality, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
