Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Appian Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Appian BPM, process modeling, integrations, and SQL. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Appian-based solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business process applications using Appian BPM platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and workflows.
• Develop custom interfaces, process models, rules, and reports within Appian.
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using Web APIs, REST, SOAP, and other integration tools.
• Work with RDBMS (such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) to perform data modeling, complex queries, and stored procedures.
• Optimize process performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Follow best practices and maintain documentation for Appian solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development.
• Strong understanding of BPM concepts, workflows, and business process modeling.
• Experience in building Appian interfaces (SAIL), records, reports, and site pages.
• Proficient in Appian integrations with external systems using Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Appian plug-ins and third-party component integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹395,767.76 - ₹1,594,760.37 per year
