Job Description

In the role of Employee Relations Partner at Stripe, you will contribute to building a respectful and skilled team focused on enabling career growth and compliance for all. Your expertise in employee relations will be instrumental in guiding investigations, advising stakeholders, and establishing best practices to support a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support and lead medium to high complexity employee relations investigations, offering recommendations on appropriate courses of action - Guide escalated performance management cases and ensure fair, consistent, and timely handling in adherence to policies and local laws - Counsel People Partners, People Specialists, and business leaders on ER issues, trends, and risks to facilitate informed decision-making - Conduct training for leaders, managers, employees, and other stakeholders on employee relations best practices - Establish best practices for working within an organized case management system and leverage data insights for informed decision-making Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or other Advanced Degree preferred - 7+ years of Employee Relations/Human Resources experience managing complex global investigations - Superior written and oral communication skills - Discretion and confidentiality maintenance are essential - Strong analytical skills and experienced decision-making abilities - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and remain composed - Positive, collaborative, and objective mindset under pressure - Proven track record of positively influencing leaders and stakeholders - Deep knowledge of ER, labor relations, training, and conflict resolution - Understanding of local and regional employment-related laws and regulations - Willingness to travel when required,
