Data Maintenance & Accuracy:
Create, maintain, and update vendor master data records.
Ensure all vendor information, including contact details, financial data, and compliance
documentation, is complete and accurate.
Vendor Onboarding:
Collect and verify necessary documentation from new and existing vendors, such as W-9s, TIN
information, and other compliance documents.
Manage the automated or manual processes by adding new vendors to the system.
Data Quality & Compliance:
Proactively monitor vendor data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
Ensure data management processes comply with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory
requirements.
Maintaining accurate and compliant vendor information in a centralized system, which includes data
entry, updates, documentation, and compliance checks to ensure smooth operations and financial
integrity.
1. Strong verbal and written communications skills
2. Problem Solving expertise
3. Working knowledge of tools such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft office
Bachelors degree in commerce or equivalent
