Job Description

Job Title: Level 2 Engineer Ansible & Terraform

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using
Ansible
and
Terraform
.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices for cloud and on-prem environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and deployments.
Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Application teams to streamline infrastructure provisioning.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in automation processes.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and scalability.
Provide Level 2 support for automation-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years
of experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management.
Strong proficiency in
Ansible
(playbooks, roles, modules) and
Terraform
(HCL, state management).
Experience with
Linux administration
and scripting (Bash, Python).
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
and integration with automation tools.
Knowledge of
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their resource provisioning.
Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with
Git
,
Jenkins
, or similar tools for version control and automation.
Exposure to
containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
Certifications in
Terraform
,
Ansible
, or cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
