Job Description

oversees the day-to-day operations of the anodizing line, ensuring efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and a safe working environment

Supervision and Team Leadership:
Managing and motivating a team of anodizing operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Process Management:
Overseeing the entire anodizing process, including surface preparation, anodizing, cleaning, coloring, and sealing.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that all anodized products meet the required specifications and quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
Safety and Compliance:
Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations, and promoting safe work practices.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Identifying and resolving issues related to the anodizing process, equipment malfunctions, and product defects.
Process Optimization:
Monitoring and optimizing the anodizing process to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control data.
Collaboration:
Working with other departments, such as engineering, production planning, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
Continuous Improvement:
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Training and Development:
Training new operators, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles.
