Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring a Sr. Angular/Ionic Developer with strong expertise in Angular (18/20+), TypeScript, and mobile app development using Ionic + Capacitor. The role involves leading front-end initiatives, coordinating with clients/onshore teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality web and hybrid mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Angular (18/20+) and Ionic (5/6/7) based development.
Work with Capacitor plugins and migrate Ionic Native to Capacitor equivalents.
Troubleshoot build issues, NPM errors, and Angular compilation problems.
Collaborate with designers, backend, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
Conduct code reviews, define technical direction, and enforce best practices.
Coordinate with onshore/client teams, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
Handle basic Android/iOS configurations (permissions, manifest updates).

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Angular (18-20+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Strong experience in Ionic + Capacitor, plugin integrations, and migration.
Solid understanding of RxJS, NGRX, component-based development.
Good debugging & troubleshooting skills (npm, builds, configs).
Experience with REST API integration.
Git, PR workflow, clean coding practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing.
Ability to follow migration guides and fix issues manually.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools (Jira, Trello).
