Anesthesia Technician

An anesthesia technician in Hyderabad assists anesthesiologists by preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining anesthesia equipment, monitoring patients' vital signs during procedures, managing supplies, and ensuring a sterile operating room environment, working in hospitals like KIMS or Ankura, requiring skills in patient care, emergency response, and knowledge of surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Management: Prepare, calibrate, clean, and sterilize anesthesia machines, ventilators, monitors, and other surgical equipment before, during, and after surgery.
• Patient Care: Assist with patient positioning, securing IV lines, and providing comfort as patients go under anesthesia.
• Procedure Assistance: Support the anesthesiologist during induction, maintenance, and recovery, handing over necessary tools (like laryngoscopes) and assisting with intubation.
• Monitoring: Monitor and record patients' vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels) during procedures and report any abnormalities.
• Inventory & Stocking: Maintain adequate stock of anesthesia drugs, gases, supplies, and emergency equipment, restocking as needed.
• Sterilization & Safety: Adhere to strict infection control protocols for the operating room and equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment checks, maintenance, and anesthesia details.
• Emergency Support: Be prepared to assist with life-saving measures during critical situations, as guided by medical professionals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
