In This Role, You Will

Lead the development of host apps on the Android platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, including engineering, delivery teams, and QAs, to align on project goals and deliverables.
Implement and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code using Kotlin and jetpack, compose, dagger/hilt design pattern, principles with hands-on coding expertise.
Apply design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and efficient code architecture.
Participate in technical design discussions and review
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth of the team’s technical expertise.
Utilize critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Participate in Agile and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s /master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Android mobile app development, with a strong focus on Kotlin and Jetpack, compose.
Extensive knowledge of OOPS, software design, and design patterns.
Proven experience in mobile or tablet digital development.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Experience in troubleshooting, production issue handling, and defect fixing.
Experience in RASP / security services for mobile apps
Experience in designing in complex solutions for host app
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with accessibility and scripting language would be added advantage.
