Android Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3-5 years of experience in mobile

application development, with strong expertise in Android (Java/Kotlin) and working

knowledge of iOS. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in native Android

development and a proven track record of building cross-platform apps using Flutter.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.

● Lead the Android development efforts with deep integration of native Android

features when needed.

● Build and maintain Android-specific modules, plugins, and services within the

Flutter framework.

● Assist with iOS development and testing as required (basic integration and

troubleshooting).

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for seamless app

performance.

● Integrate APIs, SDKs, and third-party services.

● Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

● Troubleshoot and debug performance issues on Android and iOS.

● Manage version control with Git and support CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 3-5 years of experience in mobile development.

● 2+ years of solid native Android development experience (Java/Kotlin).

● 1+ year of experience in Flutter/Dart development.- Good understanding of

Android architecture components and lifecycle management.

● Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and native Android SDKs.

● Familiarity with iOS development (basic Swift/Objective-C, Xcode,

provisioning).

● Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Firebase, SQLite, and push notifications.

● Experience with Git and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with platform-specific code and bridging between Flutter and

Android/iOS.

● Published apps on the Play Store and App Store.

● Familiarity with Android Jetpack components and material design.

● Knowledge of state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, etc.) in Flutter.

Soft Skills:

● Strong analytical and debugging skills, especially on Android.

● Good communication and teamwork abilities.

● Independent problem solver with a quality focused mindset
