Title: Anchor Training & Delivery Excellence Lead Experience: 1–3 years (or exceptional freshers with anchoring/training background) Salary Range: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month About WonderLab WonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more. We do this through various platforms by engaging with the parents, teachers, schools, and the kids themselves. Through our workshops and events, we give children and adults a chance to witness just how much fun science can be. About the Role: We're looking for someone who can inspire and train a team of young science anchors, ensuring our events deliver both excitement and quality. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, developing, and nurturing anchors to represent WonderLab with confidence and clarity. A love for working with children, content delivery, and education is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct onboarding and training for new anchors 2. Maintain and improve training modules, anchor scripts, and demos 3. Evaluate anchor performance and provide structured feedback 4. Ensure high-quality delivery across WonderLab’s public and private events 5. Support as a senior anchor during key client events 6. Coordinate anchor scheduling and availability with operations team Skills & Qualities: Strong public speaking and storytelling skills Training, facilitation, or teaching experience (preferred) Structured thinker with ability to give clear, actionable feedback Warm, motivating, and approachable presence A love for science, children, and creative education Who You Are? A confident public speaker and natural performer, especially around children. An experienced content creator with a flair for education, science, or entertainment. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both on-ground execution and creative planning. Skilled in Canva, Google Suite, and basic media editing tools. A science background or experience in science communication is a strong plus . Friendly, reliable, and a team player with strong social etiquette. Willing to travel for events as needed.
