Role Description

The Senior Architect for Anaplan and Fluence Tech will lead the design, implementation, and management of integrated planning solutions, leveraging Anaplan and Fluence technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance management consulting, adept at driving organizational improvements by integrating strategy, technology, and people. The Senior Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Delivery:

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of sophisticated planning solutions using Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored solutions that optimize processes and enhance functionality.
Oversee and guide the integration of Anaplan and Fluence Tech with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Team Leadership and Development:

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan and Fluence Tech resources.
Lead by example, setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management:

Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across the organization.
Collaborate with senior management to understand strategic direction and align team goals accordingly.
Demonstrate executive presence during interactions with senior leadership, effectively communicating project status, challenges, and solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and industry trends related to Anaplan and Fluence Tech, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development.
Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems, using considerable judgment to determine appropriate approaches.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in performance management consulting, with a focus on planning functions.
Deep expertise in Anaplan and Fluence Tech platforms, with a track record of successful solution delivery.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage complex projects, and drive organizational improvements.
