Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Analytics Leadership & Execution

• Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-impact analysis and reporting across business functions
• Define and drive the analytics roadmap, align priorities with stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using statistical techniques such as funnel analysis, pre-post impact analysis, and cohort studies
• Own and execute critical analytical projects including factory reporting, P&L analysis, buyer attribution, lead funnel optimization, and pricing strategy

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with leadership, sales, product, and operations teams to understand business questions and deliver actionable insights
• Promote data-driven decision-making through regular insights sharing, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement

Reporting & Visualization

• Design and manage scalable dashboards and self-serve BI tools to enable organization-wide data access
• Provide real-time visibility into key business metrics including KPIs, conversion funnels, and retention analytics

Team Development & Data Quality

• Mentor and guide analysts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of ad-hoc and recurring tasks
• Maintain data accuracy through regular audits, validation processes, and continuous improvements
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize data efficiency across reporting systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
• Proficient in SQL and Excel with experience in data modeling and analytical problem-solving
• Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques used for business experimentation
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Strong business acumen and ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior analysts
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver outcomes under tight timelines
• Bonus: Experience in D2C or B2C business domains
