Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end data and analytics initiatives. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, business acumen, and deep understanding of analytics, AI/ML, and data engineering. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that analytics programs are strategically aligned, executed efficiently, and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 2-3 years in Analytics, Data, or AI/ML environments.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics pipelines, BI tools, and ML lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and deliver business impact.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications preferred



Key Skills

  • Program/Project Management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, Prince2)
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred Azure).
  • Data & Analytics stack: SQL, Python, Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake.
  • BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
  • AI/ML lifecycle understanding: MLOps, model monitoring, deployment.
