Analyst/Senior Analyst - Project Management

We are seeking a Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be a part of Project Management team and will regularly interact with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties. The candidate will be a part of an inclusive, highly skilled team responsible for supporting DESRI s portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects within a dynamic environment that values collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and attention to detail.

What youll do

• Work cross-functionally with project teams to streamline Renewable energy project execution, providing critical project management support to PM leadership team - responsible for strategic oversight and delivery of DESRI s renewable projects.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external partners to resolve project challenges and track issues to resolution.
• Establish baseline milestone schedules and assist in maintaining them across assigned Renewable energy projects.
• Generate and maintain project tracking materials, work with lead Project Managers to ensure accuracy and disseminate reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Track and update key milestones of the project in coordination with PM leadership and internal teams.
• Prepare and circulate call agendas, Minutes of the Meeting related to commissioning of the Renewable energy project.
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc process improvement initiatives led by the PM leadership team.
• Support organizational communication by crafting, refining, and designing professional documents and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates holding a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering, or related streams plus MBA are preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors are preferred.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and support project execution in a collaborative manner.
• The candidate must have excellent analytical abilities, impressive oral and written communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• The candidate must have the ability to collaborate with teams located in different time zones and jurisdictions.
