As a Supplier Management Office (SMO) Analyst - Contract & Relationship Management at Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC) in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in the digital transformation by enhancing supplier governance, optimizing the supplier landscape, and improving engagement and performance management with preferred suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Contract Management** - Manage the interpretation of supplier contracts. - Oversee the lifecycle management of supplier contracts in collaboration with Procurement. - Support the intake process for new demand for Preferred Suppliers. - Assist in contract change management and closure. - Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements. - Support contract renewals or terminations. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier contract compliance issues/deficiencies. - **Relationship Management** - Maintain and update supplier scorecards and performance metrics regularly. - Organize and manage supplier engagement meetings. - Maintain the supplier database in ZTD. - Document and communicate SRM roles and responsibilities. - Compile reports on supplier performance, engagement activities, and contract compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. - **Experience**: 5+ years in supplier management and/or procurement, particularly related to IT for multi-national corporations. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will collaborate with the Service Delivery Management team and key stakeholders to aggregate feedback relevant to maintaining supplier scorecards and scheduling engagements with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Additionally, you will work with the ZTD Technology Business Management team to update supplier data in Apptio. You should have experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerBI, to support recurring reporting needs for stakeholders leveraging the ZTD MSP Performance Management dashboard. The regular working hours for this position are from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. Occasionally, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during key meetings with suppliers.
