Proactively building talent pipelines to meet future needs will significantly contribute to our team's success while enhancing your skills in talent acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies - Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels - Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and refine talent acquisition strategy based on feedback - Share innovative solutions, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruitment process - Demonstrate expert understanding of talent acquisition needs, act as a subject matter expert, and manage hiring manager/candidate expectations - Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication, share manager feedback, and disposition all candidates appropriately - Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and employment advantages - Provide market data in support of client needs - Utilize the functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience in full life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with high attention to detail - Controls mindset and understanding of employment laws and regulations - Experience in planning and managing networking events or projects - Superior multitasking, project management, presentation skills, and business acumen - Experience handling sensitive/confidential information - Ability to tell a story with data and metrics - Strong time management skills and consistent prioritization abilities,
