As an Associate - Recruiting in our dynamic technology recruitment team, you will be at the forefront of attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent both internally and externally. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, staffing our business with quality hires, and providing strategic recruitment solutions. Proactively building talent pipelines to meet future needs will significantly contribute to our team's success while enhancing your skills in talent acquisition. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies - Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels - Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and refine talent acquisition strategy based on feedback - Share innovative solutions, anticipate needs, and streamline the recruitment process - Demonstrate expert understanding of talent acquisition needs, act as a subject matter expert, and manage hiring manager/candidate expectations - Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication, share manager feedback, and disposition all candidates appropriately - Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and employment advantages - Provide market data in support of client needs - Utilize the functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree - Prior experience in full life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, with high attention to detail - Controls mindset and understanding of employment laws and regulations - Experience in planning and managing networking events or projects - Superior multitasking, project management, presentation skills, and business acumen - Experience handling sensitive/confidential information - Ability to tell a story with data and metrics - Strong time management skills and consistent prioritization abilities,
