As an SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) Analyst within the Global SIOP Revamp Program at the company, your role will involve: - Collecting data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. - Identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in the data to ensure high-quality datasets. - Analyzing data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. - Aggregating and organizing data from multiple sources for comprehensive analysis. - Processing data and migrating it into standardized templates. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to validate data accuracy and relevance. - Managing and documenting any necessary data overrides to maintain data integrity. - Performing final validation of data and numbers to ensure accuracy before reporting. - Preparing & publishing presentation decks and reports that effectively communicate data insights and findings. - Supporting Businesses in the deployment of the 5-step processes across Eaton plants and divisions. - Identifying and generating business impacts through cost savings/avoidance, forecast accuracy improvement, fill rates improvements, and DOH Reduction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Business/Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 7 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. - Minimum 4-5 years of experience with SIOP processes and methodologies. Skills that will be beneficial for this role are: - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, SQL, Tableau. - Exposure to ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, MFG-PRO. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Passion for work and Continuous Improvement.
