As the Supply Planning Manager at Eaton Electrical Sector AERO Business, you will be responsible for leading the team of Buyers and Planners at the Global Supply Chain CoE. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements in key Materials metrics and organizational initiatives. You will need to ensure excellent collaboration with Business SCM Leadership, lead a team, build organizational capability, drive customer engagement, and support team growth and scaling. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive collaboration with Business SCM Leadership to align with objectives - Manage a team of 10+ members in Materials Management - Build organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, and succession planning - Lead by example to guide, motivate, and engage the team to achieve key expectations - Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting expectations and resolving queries - Enable the team to own and drive business impact goals such as inventory reduction - Deploy strong process rigor through QMS processes for escalation management and quality checks - Coach team members in driving continuous improvement and positive turnaround - Support Business specific Project ACE initiative for inventory reduction - Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations **Qualifications:** - 08 to 12 years of experience in Materials Planning and Inventory Management - Proficiency in Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, and complex calculations - Graduate with a Masters degree, preferably in Materials/Production/Operations Management - Strong knowledge and experience in Materials management, replenishment planning, MRP, and inventory performance measures - Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in driving continuous improvement projects In summary, as the Supply Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Materials function at Eaton Electrical Sector AERO Business, driving collaboration, team management, customer engagement, and continuous improvement to achieve key organizational goals.
