Dashboard Development : Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and data visualizations with advanced calculations, LODs, parameters, and actions. Technical Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, data connectivity challenges, and dashboard scalability issues. Client Advisory : Recommend visualization and design options to clients, articulate pros/cons, and guide them toward best-fit solutions. Standards & Best Practices : Establish and enforce Tableau development standards, style guides, and governance practices. Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior Tableau developers, review their work, and provide technical coaching. Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align on data models, KPIs, and business logic. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Tableau development experience (desktop and server/online). Strong command over Tableau advanced features (LOD expressions, complex calculations, blended vs. joined data sources, parameters, sets, and actions). Experience in resolving performance issues (query optimization, extracts vs. live connections, dashboard efficiency tuning). Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for dashboard design, with ability to advise on visualization trade-offs. Experience in mentoring junior developers and conducting peer code/design reviews. Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational & dimensional data models. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse). Experience with Tableau Prep for data preparation. Knowledge of other visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) for comparative advisory. Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira.

The Supply Planning Manager position is part of the Materials function within the Global Supply Chain CoE, reporting to the Operations Manager - Materials. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Eaton Electrical Sector AERO Business for Supplier Planning deliverables. Your primary focus will be to provide leadership direction to the team of Buyers and Planners at GSCCoE by building a scalable and capable organization through the development and deployment of standard processes across all sites. Additionally, you will play a key role in taking new transitions, developing standard models, and suggesting best practices to Eaton sites with proven results. Collaboration with a cross-functional set of stakeholders across divisions will be essential in driving improvements in key Materials metrics and working with teams like SIOP and inventory to support key organizational initiatives. You will work closely with Business SCM Leadership to align with the objectives of the respective Business Group through effective communication and presentation skills. As a successful candidate, you should have prior team management experience in the Materials Management domain. Leading a team of 10+ members, you will be responsible for building organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability, cross-training, and succession planning. Talent management, hiring as needed, gap assessment with existing team members, and developing team members" functional skills and competencies to meet business requirements will be part of your responsibilities.
