Summary of position:

We are looking to hire a resource for the position of Sales Analyst. This role will support the Managing Director by managing and assisting with sales and operational tasks. The individual will report directly to the Managing Director.

Job Duties:

• Assist with sales and pre-sales activities.
• Manage sales and operational applications for all region.
• Support the Managing Director in daily operations.

Skills:

• Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
• Good exposure in Hindi.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate sales data in relevant applications.
• Schedule meetings with prospects and participate in sales and pre-sales discussions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Collect and organize customer information.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team.

Education: Graduate

Skills:

• Effective time management.

• Strong objection-handling and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient in client and data management.
