Full job description
Role and Responsibilities
Must have good understanding of Manufacturing supply chain management
· Raw material sources from the different vendors of Pan India level, all type of steel & non-steel materials knowledge to use in the manufacturing industry.
· Establish network of agile manufacturers in different locations within the country.
· Delivering the purchase orders to the vendors at the right time & have good rapport with the them to have an Long-term relationship, Managing communication between supply chain sectors.
· Bought out parts and fasteners sources.
· Develop & maintain database for supply, material price & availability to easy reach of vendor.
· Prepare RFQ get quote & Analyze to get the cost benefit advantage.
· Co-ordinate with logistics team to move materials source to vendor & to move internally.
· Maintain inventory database & replenish base on minimum stock levels.
· Create & Analysis of Strategic plan to purchase raw metals & consumables to get mid-long-term period
We need purchase people who have deal with EN series steel, Stainless steel, Aluminum, Inch size fasteners, etc
