Analyst-Recruiting - Lateral

Role Overview: You will be part of the Global HCM Service Delivery Organization within HCM, where you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Legal, and Compliance teams, working towards delivering services for different talent segments and ensuring data integrity. Your responsibilities will include managing employee lifecycle processes, supporting organizational structure management, and talent management systems. Key Responsibilities: - Collate information to complete a variety of pre-offer verification steps for candidates - Create and manage offers for different talent segments - Coordinate background checks, verifications, and manage escalations - Coordinate meetings with hiring managers as part of onboarding checklist - Prepare documentation for exit management and execute off-boarding checklists - Support employee lifecycle processes including offers, transfers, and terminations - Maintain a detailed understanding of HCM data and validation mechanisms - Act as a key contact for managing issues and escalations related to HCM Risk procedures - Identify ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and share best practices - Collaborate effectively across divisions, functions, and levels within the organization - Utilize strong Excel skills and knowledge of Business Objects for data analysis and reporting Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Post Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Human Resources - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an operational role, preferably within HR - Excellent technical and functional understanding of HCM Systems and processes - Ability to work collaboratively in a global organization - Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as there were none mentioned in the provided job description),
