The Requirements

To have a full understanding of the Dell contract and how it operates globallyMaintain change control logs and reportingMaintain the appropriate Ariba records to ensure a full and up to date record of the contract is maintainedUnderstanding and communication to key stakeholdersEnsuring acceptance of process, policy and any improvement measures with Vendor Manager inputMaintaining standard operating procedures to ensure effective delivery across the end-to-end processWork with finance team to embed changes to processes and efficienciesSupport issue management and resolution as requiredAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while being self-motivated and proactive.Efficient and timely production of quality Management Information and Reporting.Creativity to seek, encourage and find non-traditional approaches to challenges.Excellent communication skills and strong listening skills.Ability to work with the WTW designated Software Integrator (third party) for system change requirements.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge & understanding of Procurement activities

Experience Of ARIBA Or Other P2P Systems

Experience in maintaining procurement proceduresExperience of contracts and commercial documentsAbility to interface with business stakeholders / sourcing managers and finance to understand their needs and requirementsBehavioural Skills
