Analyst (Pricing B2B) - Customer CoE

Role Overview: At Bain & Company, you will be working with the BCN Customer COE team as a Customer CoE Analyst, contributing to Bains expert client delivery network. Your role will involve bringing analytical expertise to the teams output by deploying various tools/techniques to generate actionable insights. As an analyst, you will learn about various Pricing concepts, their applicability to clients/businesses, and play a pivotal role in driving the teams overall output through efficient data analysis, dashboarding, and slide creation. Key Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for assigned work streams, understand the work plan, identify and apply relevant analytical tools, and execute tasks effectively. - Ensure zero-defect analysis in your work, answer key questions in a timely manner, and proactively flag any potential issues in your workstream to avoid delays. - Provide sound reality checks, recommend actionable solutions, and collaborate with the Project Leader/Associate on project or IP work aspects. - Communicate data analysis and insights effectively via calls/emails, deliver clear presentations to various stakeholders, and share learnings with new team members. - Seek and provide meaningful feedback in all interactions, recognizing and acting on feedback for self-professional development. Qualifications Required: - A graduate with strong academic records and 0-1 years of hands-on experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with exposure to pricing/marketing analytics. - Good communication skills and the ability to conduct external research and customer interviews. - Proficiency and experience in analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau will be preferred. - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques.
