As a Customer CoE Analyst at Bain & Company's Bain Capability Network (BCN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, and Customer Experience projects. You will work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment that emphasizes continuous innovation and learning. Your responsibilities will include bringing analytical expertise to the team's output by deploying various tools and techniques to generate actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with Project Leaders/Associates, ensuring zero-defect analysis and timely delivery of key insights to clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to pricing concepts and developing your skills in data analysis, dashboarding, and slide creation. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Take ownership of assigned work streams, understanding the work plan and applying relevant analytical tools to execute tasks efficiently. - Ensure high-quality analysis with zero defects, answering key questions in a timely manner and proactively addressing any potential issues. - Provide sound recommendations and solutions, engaging in brainstorming sessions with the project team. - Communicate data analysis and insights effectively through presentations and reports to various stakeholders. - Share your knowledge and learnings with team members, especially in the areas of analytical tools and pricing analysis. - Seek and provide meaningful feedback for continuous professional development. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with a strong academic background and 0-1 years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with exposure to pricing/marketing analytics. Strong communication skills, the ability to conduct external research and customer interviews, and proficiency in analytical tools such as Alteryx and Tableau are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with a willingness to learn new analytical/statistical tools and techniques, is essential.
