Analyst-PR TO PO

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PR to PO process for Indirect categories. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete PR to PO process, ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies. - Collaborating with PR requestors and internal stakeholders to fully understand the requirements. - Validating PRs based on internal procurement policies, sourcing instructions, and supplier contracts. Providing guidance to PR requestors for procurement compliance. - Routing PRs to the appropriate buying channels following internal guidelines and thresholds. - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the organization's procurement policies and procedures. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualification requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputable institute or university. - 3 to 5 years of work experience in procurement. - Proficiency in procurement tools, preferably Ariba & SAP. - Exposure to international procurement, with a preference for experience in the North America region and working with global stakeholders. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
