Job Description: Analyst, Partnership Services

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Customize and enhance solutions using PowerApps and Power Automate to optimize workflow automation and user experiences.
• Generate procurement and operational reports using SAP Ariba, providing accurate and timely insights.
• Effectively prioritize, allocate, and execute daily tasks, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and service delivery expectations.
• Actively participate in the design and transition of new business processes, contributing to scalable and efficient solutions.
• Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and customers through proactive communication and engagement.
• Attend all training sessions, clarify any queries, and apply learning to ensure smooth and compliant process execution.
• Collaborate with onshore teams and internal stakeholders across business functions to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with SLA/KPI targets, promoting an excellent employee experience.
• Promote a customer-first mindset, consistently modeling professional and proactive customer service behavior.
• Adhere to corporate policies on data protection and confidentiality, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information.
• Take accountability for daily performance metrics, using data to demonstrate the value of shared services and drive process enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Solid understanding of procurement and operational workflows in a shared services or corporate environment.
• A good understanding of SAP Ariba and procurement processes is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
