In this role within the Global Strategy, Operations, & Performance (GSOP) Team of Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS), you will be part of the Policy Monitoring team responsible for ensuring adherence to American Express policies by Network partners and merchants. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with various stakeholders to drive Network & Merchant policy compliance - Assessing policy adequacy, identifying gaps, and recommending control enhancements - Reviewing and interpreting internal policies and regulatory requirements - Collaborating cross-functionally to drive issue resolution and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory expectations - Supporting in evolving policy compliance programs and acting as a subject matter expert Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate / Post-graduate in Fraud/ Compliance/ Risk Management with 3 years of post-qualification experience Key Skills Required: - Prior experience in audit, policy compliance, or risk governance - Strong knowledge of Policy Compliance requirements and consequence management - Understanding of the network and merchant business model - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work on multiple deadlines simultaneously - Willingness to be flexible with work hours American Express supports your well-being by offering competitive base salaries, bonus incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
