Analyst, Medical Analytics

Summary

The Analyst for Medical Analytics will support advanced analytics projects to guide strategic decisions within the domains of Field Medical Excellence, Publications Excellence, Drug Awareness, and Medical Engagements. This role focuses on data synthesis, exploratory analytics, identifying insights, and delivering impactful results to stakeholders.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver below customer requirements as agreed SLAs -Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order.
• On-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines -Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) -Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.

• Good customer satisfaction scores - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders / projects - Delivery on time
  

Essential Skills

• Education (minimum/desirable): MBA with Graduate / Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) Pharmacy / Life Sciences
• Experience: Experience (1-3 years) in business analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
• Should understand pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
• Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach, should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
• Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven track record to provide insights that increase productivity
