Analyst - Markets BE BM

Role Overview: As an Analyst-Markets BE BM in the Investment Banking Business Management team, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for IB EMEA colleagues in areas such as travel, expenses, and Coupa. You will collaborate closely with EAs and assist in managing an increased volume of T&E efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Responding to and resolving queries, directing them to the appropriate area, and escalating when necessary. - Managing travel and expense processes including booking flights, transportation, meals, accommodation, client expenses, and raising/closing Pos on COUPA portal. - Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure while being proactive and thinking ahead. - Assisting the team with tasks as required and working cooperatively with other assistants. - Planning and prioritizing workload effectively, dealing competently with people at all levels, and maintaining confidentiality with integrity and sensitivity. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Required: - Experience in travel and expense management. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. - Organized, approachable, and flexible with effective time management skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and interact with senior management tactfully. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
