Interested candidates can share the resumes at hr@vision360.co.in MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Identify issues & form hypothesis, Presenting findings and recommendations to clients Developing detailed work plans for several project work-streams and deliverables Designing and overseeing research and analysis approaches to answer critical questions in the project mandate Leveraging / developing appropriate frameworks to identify key learning and strategic recommendations based on the analyses Gather & organize the information about assignment or problem to be solved or procedure to improve for client. Interview clients employee, management team & other stakeholders to understand project requirements & gather required data Create standard research deliverables with information about a market trend, topic / issue, company, executive, or industry. Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out Deliver and present high-quality results on time to the client; Preparation of report as required for project Preparation of Financial model, Financial statement analysis Strategic policy formations, strategic planning for clients Preparing presentations for assignments BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization with 1-2 yrs. of experience Excellent communication skills(written and verbal) Must be good with problem-solving skills, research skills, presentation skills, consulting skills, and analytical skills Ability to work in teams and against tight deadlines Excel formulas & functions Basic Financial modeling skills LOCATION New Delhi – Jasola District Centre Nearby Jasola Apollo Metro Station Show more Show less
