Purpose of the role
Role will be responsible for supporting the business teams across NAR International markets. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and process expertise with experience in leveraging data to influence decision making. Proficiency in customer databases, advanced BI tools (GCP, SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel), and PowerPoint are required.
This team member will independently build a seamless rapport with overseas points of contact, address and initiate business requests, and develop solutions through sophisticated reporting, tool building, drawing insights data analysis and deliver compelling story through presentation/visuals. Deliverables will include actionable insights/recommendations that demonstrate strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the General Mills business.
The role also involves capabilities development, partnering on strategic projects conducting competitive intelligence analysis either independently or in collaboration with cross functional team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
Min. years of related experience required:
3-4 years of relevant Business Reporting, Analytics Visualization experience in CPG (or related) industry, Data Modelling preferred
Preferred years of related experience:
5-6 years of Business Reporting, Analytics Visualization experience in CPG/FMCG industry on Trade, eCommerce, Revenue Management Skills
- Education Full time graduation from an accredited university
- FMCG/CPG Experience: US International market knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Management.
- Minimum years of related experience required: 3-6 years of relevant Business Reporting, Analytics Visualization experience in CPG (or related) industry, Data Modelling preferred history of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
