Analyst - Hybrid Connectivity Services

You will be responsible for driving product lifecycle management for IP Transit Services, working under direct supervision. Here are the key responsibilities associated with the role: - Achieve gross and net revenue targets for the designated regions/services - Own the annual operating plan (AOP) and financial outlook forecast for the designated regions and segments - Formulate new market strategies based on market/industry trends to achieve overall business objectives - Create a 1-3 year product strategy & roadmap for internet services - Enable sales with product positioning documentation, presentations, SLA & pricing - Co-create market entry strategies and go-to-market plans for new markets, countries, and partners - Drive business cases for network expansion and other projects in designated regions and segments You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand the bandwidth/traffic forecast for network expansion and management of the IP PoP network. This includes creating business cases, tracking implementation, and leading discussions with cross-functional stakeholders for new product introductions/service requirements. In terms of product lifecycle management, you will: - Provide regular outlook and MIS to management regarding product performance - Devise and execute strategy and various GTM plans - Review pricing, cost models, service levels, promotions/discounts for profitability - Understand recurring customer pain points for service improvement - Discuss go-to-market plan and product positioning with Sales and Marketing team - Ensure compliance with the prevailing regulatory framework These responsibilities involve working closely with cross-functional teams, creating business cases, tracking implementations, and driving corrective actions when necessary.,
