What will you get to work on

You will have to work on issues/queries raised by Merchants, Customers or Banks in relation to Settlement, Refunds, Transactions, Payments etc. You will have to deal with different Banks for quick resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with banks for refunds and settlement issues.


• Need to closely work with the Finance team for recon and other issues.


• Solving tickets/queries raised by merchants, customers or banks.


• Have good knowledge of products to resolve any customer, merchant or bank issues.


• Review the open tickets assigned on FreshDesk and reply to queries related to the tickets.


• Reconcile transactions and refunds with the partner banks.


• Work with the Tech team to fix refund and settlement issues.


• Dealing with other teams especially Support / Sales for the resolution of queries.


• Handling things that impact the inflow and outflow of funds at the transaction level.


• Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis

What do we expect from you

• Bachelor s degree.


• Good communication and writing skills.


• Good analytical skills.


• MS Office knowledge is mandatory


• Reconciliation Experience is must.
