Role Overview: As an Analyst in Financial Operations based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for validating pricing requests, coordinating with stakeholders, managing workflows, and ensuring policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Validate Pricing Requests: Review and verify all incoming pricing revamp requests from the POC team to ensure proper approvals, accuracy, and completeness. - Coordinate with Stakeholders: Raise tickets with the Banking Operations team to validate margins and with the Checker team for final approvals. - Workflow Management: Initiate and track pricing revamp workflows through to closure, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation of all approvals. - Policy Compliance: Ensure all pricing changes comply with internal policies, including securing Function Head approvals where pricing may impact profitability. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of process governance and attention to detail in executing SOP-based tasks. - Experience using ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools. - Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams. - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional settings.,
