Role Overview

As an Analyst – Financial Advisory Support, you will partner with dedicated financial advisors to deliver outstanding client service, support financial planning activities, and ensure smooth execution of advisory operations while adhering to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Assist financial advisors with client servicing, basic financial planning, investment research, and trade execution

✔ Prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-ups for client meetings

✔ Support new account openings, money movement, rollovers, insurance & annuity applications

✔ Manage and track new business documentation and compliance requirements

✔ Coordinate marketing events and prepare marketing compliance documentation

✔ Handle administrative activities including expense reports, correspondence, and client file management

✔ Support advisors with social media presence (LinkedIn & Facebook)

✔ Assist clients in enrolling and servicing Ameriprise digital tools

Required Qualifications

✔ Graduate in Finance (MBA / M.Com / Master’s in Finance preferred)

✔ 1–3 years of experience (freshers with finance exposure can apply)

✔ Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Retirement Services

✔ Strong communication skills and attention to detail

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word

✔ Willingness to pursue licensing certifications (Series 7, State Securities, Insurance, etc.)

US night shift

• Base Pay:

  ₹6.25 LPA

• Night Shift Allowance:

  ₹72,000/year

• Annual Bonus:

  ₹36,000

• Retention Bonus:

  ₹1.5 Lakhs

  (paid at 6, 12 & 18 months)
