Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs in the preparation of financial statements for relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders
Timely response to all requests received from all stakeholders.
Identify areas of improvement in existing processes to ensure better SLA delivery
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with all financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of audit queries.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data integrity.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Experience & Qualification

B.Com /M.Com/ CA Inter/ICWA Inter
3 5 years of relevant work experience of preparing financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet and Annual reports.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Experience in statutory audits and dealing with auditors.
Analytical abilities & eye for detail
Good Communication skills both written and verbal
Good MS Excel and MS Word skills
Willing to work in Shifts
