Job Description

Coordinate centrally for procurement of logbooks, stationery, uniforms, etc. for the sites/site employees.
Guide employees to the concerned HR Advisor on HR related matters. Track and follow up on issue closures.
Maintain critical issues / escalations at site and follow-up for the same till closure
Provide support required to SMEs, maintain a centralized repository for trainings, audit reports etc. Coordinate with them to organize trainings to be imparted on specific topics, apart from the scheduled trainings.
Audits to be conducted at the site, apart from the scheduled audits.
Understand best practices across sites and share the same will all.
Support site employees on Admin/ IT related concerns.
Submission of MMR, PM Compliance Checklist.
Maintain a database of vendors and help in vendor management.
Act as facilitators to site teams and help them to procure of machinery, consumables, etc.
Be the central repository for Rate Contracts, systems, processes, checklists, SOPs, etc.
Help in sharing appreciation & feedback received from clients with entire regional team
Help to drive innovations & support technology implementation (Leap skills, Evolution, Overview, etc.)
Tracking Overview for daily submission of DMR, MMR, Evolution for reactive maintenance tasks & PPM
Effectively tracking audit MOM points for closure of action Items
Tracking AMCs & Compliances, Agreements and Transitions
