Role & responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance, identify key trends, understand profitability drivers, and assess the overall trajectory of the business.
• Conduct market sizing, industry research, and feasibility studies to evaluate growth opportunities, competitive positioning, and the viability of new business initiatives or expansion plans.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, forecast financial performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Perform business valuations using internationally accepted methodologies for purposes such as price discovery, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, evolving regulations, M&A activity, and emerging trends to strengthen advisory capabilities and deliver informed solutions to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Professional qualification:

  CA / MBA / CFA / ACCA

• 13 years

  of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, or transaction services.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail, accuracy in financial work, and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
