Analyst - Collection

Job Description

What youll be doing: Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable . Initiate collection calls and emails to customers with overdue accounts. Negotiate and ensure timely repayment while maintaining good customer relationships. Resolve billing issues and payment disputes in coordination with the sales and finance teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities . Provide regular updates and reports to management on collection status , aging reports, and risk accounts. Escalate delinquent accounts as necessary, including recommending legal or recovery action. Work closely with the AR team to ensure proper application of payments. Adhere to company policies and legal requirements in all collection activities. What youll need: Minimum Graduate with 3-5 years in Collection. Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere to deadlines in a timely manner Strong communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
