Job Description

As a Service Partner in the Operations department at Standard Chartered Bank India, you will work collaboratively with Relationship Managers, Product Sales, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to address client issues and identify opportunities for enhancing overall service delivery for clients. Your role will involve ensuring consistent implementation of the Global IMO Model and adherence to DOIs, as well as delivering exceptional service within established service standards and minimal error rates. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by IMO, engaging clients throughout the process to ensure seamless delivery and excellent client experience - Driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes - Providing support and advice to Relationship Managers on documentation matters, including origination of documentation for customers when necessary - Delivering quality service and advice to Corporate & Institutional Banking and Commercial Banking clients for channel activation, trainings, and other channel-related issues - Conducting relevant onboarding processes, CDD creation/review, and regulatory onboarding activities - Performing account opening activities and relevant channels setup requests for clients - Undertaking static data maintenance and offboarding activities - Providing orientation and guidance to new joiners on bank policies, procedures, and processes - Proactively managing risks, establishing controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Ensuring due diligence on document safekeeping, data confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external policies In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications: Skills and Experience: - Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional client service - Strong communication skills in English and ability to engage with clients effectively - Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure - Team player with good interpersonal skills Competencies: - Action Oriented - Collaborates - Customer Focus - Gives Clarity & Guidance - Manages Ambiguity - Develops Talent - Drives Vision & Purpose - Nimble Learning - Decision Quality - Courage - Instills Trust - Strategic Mindset About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a focus on making a positive impact for clients, communities, and employees.
