Description
As an Accounting Analyst at Sikich, you will be responsible for various daily accounting activities including AP management and AR management. You will play a crucial role in creating and sending invoices for clients, performing monthly close activities, and preparing financial statements. Additionally, you will be involved in the creation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports. Developing one-on-one relationships with US-based project leads and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reports to clients will be key aspects of your role. You will drive quality project deliverables, enhance leadership skills, and guide Associates on delivery work. Participation in Training and Development programs to improve skills will also be expected. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a Master's Degree being a plus. As a successful candidate, you should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, possess organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames, and have a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems, proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You should also demonstrate problem-solving and innovation skills to address technical production challenges effectively.
