Analyst - Client Accounting Services (US)

As an Accounting Analyst at Sikich, you will be responsible for performing a variety of daily accounting activities, including AP management and AR management. You will play a key role in creating and sending invoices for clients, as well as performing monthly close activities and preparing financial statements. Your duties will also include the creation and management of reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports. Building one-on-one relationships with US-based project leads will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that reports sent to clients are accurate and delivered within scheduled timeframes. Additionally, you will drive quality project deliverables, enhance leadership skills, and guide Associates on delivery work. Participation in Training and Development programs to sharpen your skills and support your peers will also be expected. To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a Master's Degree being a plus. Your self-motivation and strong work ethic will be essential, along with organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames. Taking a proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail, as well as having knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems, will be advantageous. Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a combination of problem-solving and innovation skills to address technical production challenges are also required.
