Job Description

Role Overview: As an Analyst - Business Transformation & Revenue Assurance at Mastercard Services, you will be a part of the Insights and Enablement team, focusing on driving smarter decisions and operational excellence by leveraging data and technology. Your role will involve developing a strong understanding of the business environment, engaging with key stakeholders, driving quality and revenue assurance programs, and supporting the implementation of process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the business environment - Engage with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) to identify pain-points and operational challenges - Drive Quality and Revenue assurance programs to establish control mechanisms and prevent revenue risks and compliance gaps - Act as a process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to implement quality checks across the business operations lifecycle - Create documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps - Support workstream leads in implementing changes with a focus on Program and Change management - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, automation, and process changes - Maintain daily logs and derive tactical insights for interventions Qualifications Required: - Experience in driving sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance, preferably in B2B services organizations - Background in business consulting or experience in problem-solving in unstructured situations - 3-5 years of experience, with a Finance background or Management degree (prior experience in internal controls/internal audit preferred) - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills - Exposure to B2B Sales processes and Sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools) is preferred but not mandatory (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
