Job Description

As an Analyst - Business Transformation & Revenue Assurance at Mastercard Services, your role involves developing a strong understanding of the business environment and engaging with key stakeholders to address pain-points related to their business model and operational processes. You will drive Quality and Revenue assurance programs to establish control mechanisms, become a process subject matter expert, and implement quality checks across business operations lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include developing documentation such as SOPs, process flows, and user journey maps, supporting workstream leads in implementation efforts, monitoring process KPIs, and driving continuous efficiency improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the business environment - Engage with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Risk) as an Internal Consulting partner - Drive Quality and Revenue assurance programs - Become a process subject matter expert in the centralized team - Develop documentation (SOPs, process flows, user journey maps) - Support workstream leads in implementation with disciplined Program and Change management efforts - Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements - Maintain daily logs and draw tactical insights for interventions Qualifications Required: - Experience in driving sales operations/business operations/revenue assurance for B2B services organizations - Experience in business consulting or problem-solving in unstructured situations - 3-5 years of experience, with a Finance background or Management degree - Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills - Exposure to B2B Sales processes, Sales productivity tools is preferred In addition to your role responsibilities, as a Mastercard employee, you are expected to abide by security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, breaches, and complete all mandatory security trainings to uphold information security standards.,
