Analyst, Branch Operations Manager, Consumer Banking Group

Role Overview: As a part of the leading bank in Asia, DBS Consumer Banking Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling all operational functions of the branch with zero errors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service delivery, coordination with centralized operations teams, and timely submission of regulatory reports. Additionally, you will be involved in process improvement exercises, identifying productivity enhancement opportunities, and initiating team meetings to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage & control all operational functions of the branch with zero errors - Ensure coordination with centralized operations teams for high-quality service delivery - Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports - Participate in process improvement exercises within branch/cluster - Identify areas for productivity enhancement and cost reduction - Initiate team meetings and circulate minutes to stakeholders - Fulfill any other job duties and responsibilities assigned by the branch Head Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in General Branch Banking Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity - Graduation degree in any discipline.
