AM/Manager Corporate Finance

As a member of the Corporate Finance team, your role will involve working closely with the designated Partner and/or Director in client-facing activities and business development initiatives. You will also handle independent projects under the supervision of your reporting senior. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling complete on-ground responsibility for assigned client projects - Analyzing the financial and operational status of portfolio companies to recommend exit/strategic options such as JV/partnerships, acquisitions, or divestitures - Coordinating and preparing pitch presentations for new mandates and reaching out to potential sell-side clients through cold calling and pitching - Closing fund-raising/M&A mandates with quality clientele or executable transactions - Developing a pipeline of opportunities in fundraise/M&A engagements - Demonstrating expertise in business modeling and valuations for Corporate Finance engagements and staying updated on industry trends - Keeping abreast of industry, business, and regulatory developments relevant to your role As an ideal candidate, you should possess: - 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, PE Fundraising, and Valuations, with domain knowledge in Tech/Fintech/Startups & Consumer sectors - Successful completion of M&A/PE Fundraising transactions - Strong analytical skills and a structured problem-solving approach - Strategic and creative thinking abilities - Proficiency in spreadsheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint - Excellent soft skills including interpersonal, team, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle tough client conditions that may require extended working hours Education: CA/MBA preferred.,
