AM/Manager Corporate Finance

As a part of the Corporate Finance team, you will be collaborating with the designated Partner and/or Director to support client projects and business development initiatives. Your role will involve handling on-ground responsibilities for client assignments, analyzing the financial and operational aspects of portfolio companies, and suggesting exit/strategic options. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing pitch presentations, cold calling potential clients, finalizing fund raising/M&A mandates, and building a pipeline of opportunities in fund raise/M&A engagements. It is essential to have in-depth knowledge of Business Modeling, valuations, and industry trends relevant to Corporate Finance engagements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handling complete on ground responsibility of client assignments - Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of portfolio companies - Coordinating and preparing pitch presentations for new mandates - Finalizing fund raising/M&A mandates of quality clientele - Building a pipeline of opportunities in fund raise/M&A engagements - Keeping abreast of industry developments and regulatory environment **Qualifications Required:** - 3-8 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate finance, PE Fund raising, and Valuations - Domain experience in Tech/Fintech/Startups & Consumer is mandatory - Experience in successfully completed M&A/PE Fund raising transactions - Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach - High level of strategic and creative thinking - Proficiency in spreadsheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint - Strong interpersonal, team, and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle tough client conditions Please note that CA/MBA qualification is preferred for this role.,
